wash sale rule? 
  DUG (double short oil) is up another 25% today, like it is most days. But some down days I lose my nerve and lock in a slight loss. How do folks daytrade back into etfs without triggering that dumb IRS wash sale rule? What I do is switch to my retirement account, but???
