When I try to send a page or link by email Windows mail screen pops
up. When I try to enter GMail in the Internet Tools "program"
selection it is not one of the choices.

Going on 24 hours now with this stupid 502 error... I am beyond
frustrated and angry.
I got an email telling me to try my account a few minutes... that this
was temporary.
If they had read one of my 4 emails correctly they would know that is
has been going on for 24 hours!!!

I have had this error since 8/26 at about 3 p.m. central time.
I am so frustrated
this is a business email
I am losing money because I can't access my account

I have been using gmail for quite a while and have really liked it.
Thus I was quite pleased to hear my college would offer an optional
switch to school e-mail through gmail. I was not expecting for my e-
mail to be largely inaccessible and contacting support to be so
tricky.
