gmail doesn't work anymore

What happened??? Gmail has lost its reply button, forward, .cc,
attachments, and anything else that used to be good about it. I
switched to gmail over a year ago because it was so much better than
any other email system, even my ISP on Outlook. Now I can't use it

Deleting Multiple Messages from Basic Interface

I've never been able to get the standard interface to work. So I use
the Basic HTML interface. I recently change to POP configuration and
would like to delete @1500 messages. Is there anyway to select
messages in multiples to delete them rather than selecting 1 at a time

I have been reading past posts on smilieys, but those post are a few
years old. I have my language set as English (US) and still can't
find them. It's very hard to get your point across without these
little guys sometimes....help!

file upload error

When i compose a mail with a attachment size of 8 MB and sent it to a
group, it throws back me an email error saying only 1MB of upload
size. Is that true..whether we can send only 1 MB of file
attachement??

can't set as default browser

i am using vista with ca security. i have clicked on the spot in tools
but it doesn't change chrome to my default. i did a uninstall and
reinstalled and set it as my default on installation. no help there. i
went into control center and chrome doesn't show up to set as default.

I'm trying to send an email with attachment (.zip or .gz), containing
a few typesetting documents.
Gmail doesn't allow me to send this email, claiming the attachment

Typing lags when composing emails

When composing any e-mail, words, letters everything lags as I'm
typing. This happens no where else anywhere in Google, when using my
Yahoo account or my MS Outlook account. It is very frustrating trying
to type a message and at times there are 5 or 6 words that haven't
appeared yet on the screen. There is no problem even typing this post.... more »
